Ingredients:
- 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 60 ml of SeaDNA Omega-3 Seal Oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ¼ teaspoons sea salt
- ¼ teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoons orange or lemon zest
Preparation:
- Whisk all ingredients except oil until well blended
- Sprinkle the mixture slowly with the oil while whisking continuously
- Mix the dressing with your favorite salad ingredients
