Serves 6 – 1,7ml Omega-3s per serving
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. of gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons of SeaDNA Omega-3 Seal Oil
- 1 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- ½ small yellow squash, chopped
- ½ zucchini, chopped
- 1 teaspoons of garlic, chopped
- ½ small red onion, chopped
- 2 oz. of grape tomatoes
- 1 french baguette
- Balsamic vinegar to taste
Preparation:
- Slice french baguette into 12 pieces, and toast
- Mix gorgonzola cheese, olive oil, SeaDNA Omega-3 Seal Oil, and garlic together until creamy
- Spread on bread
- Chop each tomato into 4 pieces
- Chop zucchini, squash, and onion into the same size, tiny pieces
- Mix vegetables, and place a spoonful on top of each bread piece
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top
