Serves 4 – 2,5ml Omega-3s per serving
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups ripe medium avocados, diced
- ½ cups Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cups red onion, chopped
- ¼ cups fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons SeaDNA Omega-3 Seal Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and gently toss
- Cover and refrigerate
- Serve with tortilla chips and vegetable spears
