Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- ½ fresh orange
- ½ fresh squeezed lime juice
- ½ kiwi
- ½ avocado
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoons SeaDNA Omega-3 Seal Oil
- 1 big handful of spinach/kale
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup of ice
