Serves 6 – 1,7ml Omega-3s per serving
Ingredients:
- ¼ cups dark chocolate chunks
- 1 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons SeaDNA Omega-3 Seal Oil
- ¼ cups whole oats
Preparation:
- Melt chocolate via a double boiler or microwave for 12 seconds and stir until smooth
- Fold in coconut oil, SeaDNA Omega-3 Seal Oil and oats
- Mixture should form a uniform batter
- Pick up batter in hands and pat into a round ball
- Pinch off 6 uniform sized pieces and pat each into a round truffle
- Place on tray and refrigerate at least 15 minutes
- Store extra truffles in sealable container in refrigerator
