Omega-3、Omega-6、Omega-9 有什么区别?

Omega-3
最有名的Omega 脂肪酸当然是Omega-3了。Omega-3可以来自蔬菜(大麻油、亚麻籽油等)或动物来源(海豹油、鲑鱼油、磷虾油等)。当Omega-3来自蔬菜时,它被称为ALA(α-亚麻酸)。这种酸必须在你的动物的消化系统中转化,才能转化为鱼油中的脂肪酸EPA和DHA。由于ALA的转化率很低,被认为是Omega-3的“弱”来源。从鱼油中提取的Omega-3和海豹油的生物利用率和回复转化率比ALA更好。海豹油的Omega-3能更好地被宠物吸收,因为海豹的哺乳动物细胞结构能在宠物体内立即识别。因此,海豹油的分子结构可以更好地同化和被吸收。此外,除了EPA和DHA外,海豹油还含有第三种脂肪酸(DPA),在动物消化过程中, DPA会转化为EPA/DHA,进而会增强Omega-3的功效。

Omega-6

Omega-9
Omega-9主要存在于植物油和动物脂肪中。它不被认为是一种必需的脂肪酸,因为您的宠物能够从其体内的不饱和脂肪中生成这种脂肪酸,并且不需要特定的食物或补充剂来补充它。
总之,您应该优先考虑给您的宠物补充Omega-3,以恢复您宠物体内Omega-3与Omega-6的最优比例,也没必要特意补充Omega-9。
